UPPSC PCS 2024 Exam Date
Date for Provincial Civil Service 2024 Examination is announced officially by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, it will be held on March 24, 2024 across the state at various exam centres with an exam time duration of 02 hours in two shifts.
UPPSC PCS 2024 exam will be held in offline mode from 09:30 am to 11:30 am and 02:30 pm to 04:30 pm, and aspirants will have report at the respective exam centre by 08:30 am and 01:30 pm for first and second shift, respectively.

UPPSC PCS Eligibility Criteria 2024
Eligibility criteria for the Provincial Civil Service 2024 Exam in terms of educational qualification and age limit are available below.

UPPSC PCS 2024 Selection Process
Selection process for the UPPSC PCS 2024 consists of three stages, which are as follows.
- Preliminary Examination:
- Two papers – one about general studies and another about aptitude.
- Paper-1 has 150 questions for 200 marks.
- Paper-2 is qualifying, and you need to score at least 33%.
- Merit for Mains will be prepared based on marks in Paper-1.
- Mains Examination:
- Consists of 8 papers, covering subjects like Hindi, Essay, and General Studies.
- Each paper is for 3 hours.
- Optional subjects have 2 papers each.
- Total marks for all papers combined determine the merit for participating in the Interview.
- Personality Test (Interview):
- A personal interview for 100 marks.
- Questions cover general topics, academic matters, and your personality.
